Kae helps small businesses record sales, expenses, debts, and payments over WhatsApp, and answers questions about those records. Kae is a record-keeping aid, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice.

• Provide accurate information when recording transactions.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Keep your WhatsApp account secure — messages from your number are treated as yours.

Kae does its best to interpret your messages and calculate your figures correctly, and shows you each record for confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing your records and correcting mistakes (for example, by replying undo). We are not liable for decisions made based on the records.

We aim to keep Kae available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn over time.

Some features may require credits or a subscription. Any charges will be made clear before you pay. Payments are processed by Paystack.

To the extent permitted by law, Kae and SellQuic are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. The service is provided “as is”.

You may stop using Kae at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
